Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For a problem with work at your home, it usually helps to contact the provider first. Keep a written record of the issue and your exchanges.
Please also tell us what happened. Reports help us address honesty within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Kiddsdrivein Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or represent the provider.

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another review. Your state attorney general, state consumer protection office or local Better Business Bureau may also offer help. A state contractor licensing board may be able to assist with concerns about licensed contractors.
